We implement this objective by focusing first on the satisfaction of our employees, then that of our customers and finally that of our shareholders.

Environmental Policy

The company is part of a complex ecosystem. Its impact on climate, air quality and health is real. Aware of these responsibilities, we apply environmentally friendly measures defined by the Group’s quality, safety and environment (QSE) policy, intended to lessen our environmental footprint. In particular:

  • ISO 14001 – OHSAS 18001 Certification
  • Reduction of CO2 emissions, signatory of the ADEME Charter in 2017
  • Zero paper objective by 2030: reduced by 5% per year since 2010
  • Recycling packaging materials, electrical appliances and used furniture
  • Reduction in travel: Encouraging visits by videoconference
  • 2019: Objective reached of 80% electric or hybrid cars
  • Annual objective : 5% more clean vehicles (gas) compared with the previous year

Ethics

Whether we’re dealing with human resources, management or general company policy, ethics are taken into consideration at every level of the company. Company directors have a duty to pay special attention to this issue. Ethical issues are often implicit, but may also manifest themselves in the form of written directives.

Our internal rules and procedures, for instance, strive to put an end to any and all forms of discrimination and harassment within the company and in dealings with our partners, clients and the authorities.

Going beyond regulatory provisions, our staff are required to demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times. The commitment and endorsement of the management team is vital. It ensures that all of our staff comply with the group’s ethics. The REUTERS training organisation assists and advises us every year in order to raise awareness, train our staff and update our knowledge regarding the fight against corruption, anti-competitive practices and data protection.

Data Protection

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018, personal data is used only when strictly necessary for the company to meet its legal and regulatory obligations regarding the conservation of civil, accounting and commercial documents and for the time necessary for any and all statutory limitations to be exhausted.

These data are securely stored on servers hosted in France and are under no circumstances shared with third parties who have no need to have access to them in the context of our clients’ mobility.

As far as personal data are concerned, we guarantee all of our clients the right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and objection.
