Our primary objective is the customer satisfaction. To achieve this, it is essential that our staff feel happy in their work. When it is successfully applied, this equation creates a unique and authentic experience.
We apply this objective by putting the satisfaction of our staff first, followed by the satisfaction of our customers and, finally, that of our shareholders.
Our employees are the core focus of our corporate strategy. Together, we have established the basic values that define us.

Whether we’re dealing with human resources, management or general company policy, ethics are taken into consideration at every level of the company. Company directors have a duty to pay quite particular attention to this issue. Ethical issues are often implicit, but may also manifest themselves in the form of written directives.
Our internal rules and procedures, for instance, strive to put an end to any and all forms of discrimination and harassment within the company and in dealings with our partners, clients and the authorities.
Going beyond regulatory provisions, our staff are required to demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times. The commitment and endorsement of the management team is vital. It ensures that all of our staff comply with the group’s ethics. The REUTERS training organisation assists and advises us every year in order to raise awareness, train our staff and update our knowledge regarding the fight against corruption, anti-competitive practices and data protection.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018, personal data is used only when strictly necessary for the company to meet its legal and regulatory obligations regarding the conservation of civil, accounting and commercial documents and for the time necessary for any and all statutory limitations to be exhausted.
These data are securely stored on servers hosted in France and are under no circumstances shared with third parties who have no need to have access to them in the context of our clients’ mobility.
As far as personal data are concerned, we guarantee all of our clients the right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and objection.
